Gluten Free Chocolate Donuts

These donuts are so chocolaty, delicious and easy to make with your children. They will have the texture of a yummy fudgy brownies since it's gluten-free.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup (90g) Dark Chocolate 3/4 cup ( 170g) Butter 1/2 cup (50g) Cocoa Powder 3/4 cup (156g) Sugar 1 T Vanilla Extract 5 Eggs 1/2 cup (90g) Chocolate, melted 1/4 cup Sprinkles


Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Melt the chocolate and butter together in a saucepan ove a medium heat

Stir in the cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla extract.

Take off the heat and whisk in the eggs one at a time.

Pour the chocolate donut mixture in the cupcake or muffin pan

(only fill it half way).

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, check by inserting toothpick to

make sure it's baked, if the toothpick comes out clean, it's baked.

Carefully take out the donuts, out of the muffin tin.

Cut a hole in the middle of the donut.

Dip in some melted chocolate, followed by some sprinkles.
